Juxtaposition: Downtown New Plymouth, New Zealand, is undergoing a renaissance: mix heritage restoration with modernization, stir in some contemporary culture, a dash of sophistication, you can feel the vibrancy. This is a reflection in the Len Lye Centre, Govett-Brewster Art Gallery – the first place I saw Juxtaposition from inside. Kinetic is a nod to Len Lye’s art.
